One of the most important aspects of wedding planning is making sure that your makeup looks and feels just the way you always imagined.  Fear not, below is a short guide on how my makeup process works, including the steps I take to ensure you look perfect on the day it means the most to you.

Choose your makeup artist (You won’t regret it!)

My priority is to give you what you want and to ensure your makeup is immaculate. 

Fill in a short enquiry form

This provides me with all the details I need to confirm my availability for your dates of interest.  Once I have confirmed availability, we can arrange a date for the trial.

Complete a questionnaire

To make sure you get the most out of your makeup trial, I will email you a link to a short questionnaire.  Your answers will help me to understand your vision and create the look that is right for you.

Makeup Trial (yay!)

This is the day we bring your vision to life! I will create your wedding day look and then take a step back.  We can then have a chat about any adjustments you might want for the actual day and finalise the bridal look.  This way you can rest assured that things will go exactly how you want on the day (for the makeup at least!). 

Book in your Bridal!

After the trial, if you decide to go ahead with the booking I will send you an invoice for the deposit and a contract outlining the details of our agreement.  Once this has been signed, your date is secure! The remainder of the payment can be completed in advance or on the day of your wedding, whichever option you find easiest!

The BIG day!

I transform you into the bride you’ve always dreamed of being, exactly how we agreed at the trial!  You can now relax because you look radiant and can enjoy your fabulous wedding celebrations!

bridal service

The bridal service is individually tailored to each of my special brides.  My focus is to understand what my client wants and to ensure the completed look is just as beautiful as she imagined.  Bridal makeup is a time consuming process and this is further accentuated by my meticulous attention to detail.  I use only the highest quality products from popular worldwide makeup brands in order to ensure flawless and long lasting makeup.

When I create bridal looks, my clients often tell me that they feel like they are my canvas and that I am painting their face and this is exactly what I am doing: creating a work of art!

Duration: 2.5- 3 hours | Price: £350

Duration: 2 hours | Price: £125

Party makeups are offered at an exclusive rate of £75 per person when booked alongside a bridal booking.
 

The following concession applies when booked for multiple bookings:

• Two or more bridal makeups:  £325 per event

HAIRSTYLING SERVICES

Please note that I do not provide bridal or party hairstyling services but work with independent hairstylists for my bookings.  If you are interested in booking bridal or party hair alongside the makeup, please mention this when completing the contact form so I can check the availability of my regular hairstylists.

travel expenses

Travel is charged at a rate of 50p/mile and calculated according to the distance from our Birmingham studio.  For bookings that require overnight stay, the cost of accommodation must also be covered.

makeup classes

There are many courses available for training new and upcoming makeup artists, but unlike most courses out there, my makeup classes have been especially designed with my clients in mind. No matter what your current level of experience, the class can be tailored so that we only work on whatever aspects you want to improve upon- be it winged liner, foundation, eyebrows, concealer- you choose what you want to learn! 

Is it worth the investment? 

These private classes are a great opportunity to master some simple techniques that can completely transform your current makeup routine and allow you to create some super stunning looks.

And on top of all of this, I will teach you how to make the most of your current makeup investments as well as recommend products, brushes and tools that would perfect your own personal makeup kit.

How do I know whether the class is right for me?

In order to ensure I can focus on your learning needs, I will ask you to complete a detailed questionnaire that will help you identify what you would like to gain from the class. This will also serve as a guide as to how long a session you will need to cover your areas of interest, which is helpful if you are unsure of how many hours you need to book.

One-to-One Classes: £75/hour

Group Classes: £50/hour per person
